Interested in advancing your career? Join Young Education Professionals-DC to participate in Edu-Jobs. Edu-Jobs will provide you with the opportunity to engage with leaders representing a wide range of education sectors – including Capitol Hill, the Department of Education, locally- and nationally-focused non-profits, and schools – and discuss strategies for finding, getting, and advancing in a career in education.
The evening will begin with keynote speaker, David Johns, the Executive Director of the White House Initiative on Educational Excellence for African Americans, and will be followed by small group discussions where our facilitators will discuss your career goals with you and share their advice and experiences. The event will conclude with 30 minutes of open networking.
Light snacks and refreshments will be provided.
