We are looking for people who:

1) Are committed to building lasting relationships with their students

2) Believe in instilling confidence in students at all times

3) Are passionate about teaching, learning, and growing as educational leaders

4) Can relate to their students and adapt to different learning styles

5) Are able to use a student's intrinsic motivation to help them succeed

 

All candidates must:

1) Have an expertise in the subjects they are applying to tutor

2) Have previous experience in teaching and/or tutoring

3) Have a flexible schedule that allows them to work between the hours of 3-8pm

4) Have access to their own transportation

5) Successfully pass a background check

 

***Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. (Starting compensation is generally between $25-$35/hr, with opportunity for growth as you take on more clients)
