CABOMA Annual Holiday Party and Business Meeting
- Sunday, December 22, 2013, 2-6pm -
The Capital Area Bluegrass and Old-time Music Association would like to invite all our members, friends and family to our annual holiday get-together. As always, it is a pot-luck, so bring something to share with the masses! I believe we will also be hosting a "swap and sell" during the early part of the festivities. We will have to do a brief business meeting to air any concerns and elect a new board of directors, but there will be lots of time for just plain pickin'! If you have some neat stuff to donate, bring it for the raffle, too. This is also a great time to "Re-Up" if you are due!
The place is still Lyon Park Community Center - 414 North Fillmore Street, Arlington, VA 22201 That's 4 blocks North of Rt. 50/Arlington Blvd. near Ft. Meyer.
Most of our members know that Lyon Park is planning renovations to the community house in the near future.... We seem to be able to continue into May 2014, at this point. The board of directors continues to explore our options for temporary relocation during the repairs and expansion. We may know better after the holidays...
So come out and share some holiday cheer and some great jamming with us on the 22nd - We hope to see you there!
