[dcab-l] 2013 CABOMA Summer Pick-Nic - Sunday, June 23

Time to invite all pickers and fans, especially the folks in DCBU, to the CABOMA Summer Pick-Nic At Lyon Park!
Come and join us under the trees at the Lyon Park Community Center, it is always a great time with good Food, Friends and Field-pickin'!
We will supply the Burgers, Dogs, Fixin's and Soda; you supply the sides and those sad, sweet songs!
By popular demand we are bringing back the Swap and Sell for musical instruments, books, CDs and whatever you think you can find a buyer for. ...despite the historical significance, "product", "recipe", "rhumatiz-medicine" and other intoxicating extracts of the noble corn plant are not permitted on the grounds... Sorry... (Traditionally, they is sold di-rectly from the car trunk, anyway.) If we get some good donations, we will raffle off some gear and such, Too!
If you can come a little early to help out with set-up, we always need your support.
Rain or shine, you'll have a good time!
The place is Lyon Park Community Center and Park - 414 North Fillmore Street, Arlington, VA - where Fillmore crosses Pershing 3 blocks north of Rt. 50.
The time is 2-6pm. We hope to see you all there!
