Any one of these might work or not, based on your other criteria (expected room sales, breakout rooms, accessibility to mass transit, restaurants, etc.). Chris' idea of working with the appropriate local/county visitor/event planning bureau is a good suggestion: Montgomery, Prince George's and Howard counties in Maryland all have them. Most of the ones I looked at had online RFP capability, as do the websites of major hotel chains.

I'm sure there are a bunch of other venues if you wanted to move further down into NoVA or further up toward Baltimore, though I wouldn't necessarily recommend that. Good luck with your search.
