Through discussion and lots of playful, experiential practice, attendees will learn simple breathing activities, playful yoga postures, song and movement sequences, and games and relaxation techniques appropriate and engaging for children ages 2 - 5 years. With these tools, preschool educators will be empowered to create a positive, peaceful, productive learning environment as their students learn important skills for self-regulation that can be carried with them throughout their lives.

Where: hosted by Lil Omm Yoga at Lululemon Georgetown, 3625 M Street NW
With Whom: This workshop will be taught by local yoga instructor, mom, and Childlight Yoga trainer Jen Mueller.
How Much: $65, includes an illustrated packet of activities and sequences covered in the workshop, continuing education suggestions, and a list of helpful resources and materials, and a certificate of completion that can be used to procure continuing education credits through participants' respective credentialing organizations.
This workshop can be taken on its own or followed up with the weekend-long basic ChildLight Yoga Teacher Training available at many locations, including Washington DC in July. See schedule for details.
