[dcab-l] Nora Jane Struthers Live: Radio today and IMT on Wednesday

IMT presents Nora Jane Struthers & the Party Line
Live Radio Appearance Today
CD Release Concert Wednesday
Join us at the Takoma Park Community Center.

Nora Jane Struthers & The Party Line are a traveling Carnival of
Appalachian-roots-rock. The high energy, Nashville-based quintet
perform Struthers' original story-songs with tight, three-part
harmonies, fiddle, claw-hammer banjo, acoustic guitar, bass, and
drums.

Nora Jane and the band will be performing songs from the their new CD
live on radio today on the Al Steiner Show. The show starts at noon,
and the band should be on around 2 pm (if the van holds up). You can
here it on 105.5 fm (DC area), 93.5 fm (Frederick), HD 88.5 channel 2
and online at www.blutegrasscountry.org.

Nora Jane was catapulted into the spotlight when she lead her band to
a blue ribbon at the prestigious 2010 Telluride Bluegrass Festival
band competition (previous winners include Nickel Creek and The Dixie
Chicks) and now her group is touring heavily as they release their new
CD,Carnival, on April 16.
