I was recently promoted to assume a new set of responsibilities with the Gates Millennium Scholars (GMS) Program, which means my previous position as the Relationship Manager for Outreach & Recruitment is currently vacant. The primary scope of the job is two-fold: 1) to manage outreach and recruitment to prospective Gates Millennium Scholars and the community organizations, schools, and families that support these students, and 2) to manage the GMS Male Initiative, designed to increase the number of male students who submit competitive GMS applications.
