Job Description
PCG EducationTM is currently seeking a Client Service Associate to join the team in the Washington, DC office. This position will focus efforts on the EasyTracTM and EdPlanTM modules for a rapidly growing client base. EasyTrac facilitates Internet and handheld documentation of health related services to students. This position requires a self-starter who can quickly learn our web-based technologies and provide assistance to our project team. The ideal candidate for this position will be flexible, reliable, enthusiastic, and must have the ability to manage multiple tasks or clients simultaneously.
Specific Responsibilities:
Provide client support in response to inquiries and questions from school districts
Develop an understanding of state and federal special education requirements
Train school district users on web-based applications and system updates
Assist project team with the implementation and setup of PCG systems
Comply with and enforce standard policies and procedures
Participate in special assignments as needed
Required Skills:
Ability to manage multiple tasks or clients simultaneously in a fast paced environment
Reliability in accomplishing tasks within expected timeframes while ensuring end-to-end accuracy and quality with a strong attention to detail
Strong understanding and commitment to working in a team-oriented environment and a willingness to work with others in unusual circumstances as necessary
Commitment to accomplishing goals and challenges presented by clients
Demonstrated ability to provide excellent client support that is prompt and accurate
High level of professionalism, integrity, and respect for clients as well as internal PCG stakeholders , especially in challenging situations
Excellent organizational, oral presentation, and written communication skills
Ability to quickly learn and manage web-based technology applications and/or software including web conferencing
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze and organize data
Proficiency in MS Office products, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook; Access experience preferred
Required Experience:
Bachelor's Degree required
Overtime and travel (approximately 10-25%) are required
Working knowledge and relationships in K-12 public education schools districts and/or familiarity with Special Education is a plus
1-3 years of experience in supporting clients technology implementation solutions preferred
