This Coordinator is responsible for ensuring key elements of the teacher selection process are implemented with fidelity by supporting candidates and other key stakeholders. The Coordinator has the opportunity to analyze key recruitment and selection data to help the team make strategic decisions. The Coordinator's work also supports the DCPS goal of ensuring that all students receive a high quality education and are prepared for college, career, and life.
