The Center for Urban Education, located at the University of the District of Columbia, is seeking candidates for its graduate level education programs. We offer a Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) in the following concentrations: Elementary Education, English, Social Studies, Math, and Science. We also offer a Master of Arts (MA) in Early Childhood Education.
The next cohort is being selected now and classes will start in August 2015. The program is three semesters long. Classes meet in the evening (typically two nights a week), some Saturdays, and online. Anyone who is interested should begin by completing an online application (www.udc.edu).
If you are interested and/or have questions, contact Dr. Anika Spratley Burtin (anika.burtin@udc.edu or 202.274.6172) for more information.
