The Esperanza Education Fund is now accepting applications for a new cohort of mentors. Apply today! The Esperanza Education Fund offers college scholarships to outstanding immigrant students in the D.C. area, and pairs the students with professional mentors who help them with career advice, life advice, and adjustment to college. The purpose of the mentorship program is to provide students with an additional resource for navigating college and the multiple challenges they confront as they develop professionally.
Mentorship from professionals is one of the most valuable aspects of our students' time as Esperanza Scholars. Gaining professional advice from the experiences of others helps students define their career goals, find and cultivate opportunities, and clarify how they can make an impact in the world. We know that you would have a lot to offer as a mentor and sincerely hope you'll consider getting involved with the Esperanza mentorship program.
