Teachers, we would love to have you complete our survey! Details are below.
Who: We are a team of four Vanderbilt doctoral students (We're educators too!) completing a research study.
What: We are looking for K-12 teachers who would be willing to share their thoughts about diversity in the classroom and perceptions of diversity-related professional development.
Where: Our anonymous survey should take less than 20 minutes to complete and can be found here: K-12 Diversity & Diversity Training Survey
When: We would love to have your responses as soon as possible!
Why: We are reaching out to YEP members across the country to get a broad perspective on pressing issues facing our cities, our country, and in particular, our classrooms. We are hoping to inform the field about why educators have certain opinions about diversity training, what their beliefs about their classrooms really are, and how we can better prepare and support them to help our kids.
To thank you for your time, we will have two $50 raffles for participants who choose to provide their contact information at the conclusion of the survey.
For questions, please contact Amanda Klein at Amanda.L.Klein@vanderbilt.edu.
