Are you an advisor for a Gay-Straight Alliance?
-- Is your school starting up a GSA for the first time this year?
SMYAL's DC Regional GSA Network want to support you and your students in the important work of starting and maintaining an effective and impactful Gay-Straight Alliance (GSA)
Here's all you have to do:
- Register your GSA and we will send you a packet of resources and materials in the mail. You'll also be the firs to hear about all of our youth leadership opportunities
- Request an on-site Leadership Training. We want to see what your GSA is up to, and how we can help. When you request a site visit we will join you for a GSA meeting, with tools and resources. Everything from how to write a GSA mission statement or how to get more people at your events, to how to run an anti-slur campaign.
Getting connected to the DC Regional GSA network is really that easy. If you have any questions please email Dominique Parris at dominique.parris@smyal.org
