[dcab-l] Kronos Quartet at WOB and Other Highlights

Is the Kronos Quartet a BG group? No, but they certainly have the "I" in IBMA covered. The cellist is from middle America, the violist from Japan, the second violin from South Africa, and the first violin from Russia. I thoroughly enjoyed their performance with the Kruger Brothers at the ballroom Saturday afternoon. The members seemed to enjoy it as well. I think they liked talking with the crowd after the show.
Some other highlights for me in Raleigh include the Earls of Leicester Friday afternoon, Hot Rize Friday night, and many of the international bands throughout the week.
Another great thing about Raleigh was seeing all the gorgeous redheads during my time there. I'm a real sucker for gingers, so I was absolutely loving last week!
