[YEP-DC] ISO people w/ STEM background (science, tech, engineering, math) to be a judge at DC STEM Fair

The DC STEM Fair is looking for volunteer judges.  The ideal judge will have a strong background in science, technology, engineering or math.  Graduate degrees are preferred, but career experience is also acceptable.

The STEM Fair will take place on Saturday, March 28th. Judging will take place for three hours, from 9 am to 12 pm.  Judges will be expected to arrive at 7:45 am for a continental breakfast and orientation, where you will be provided with clear guidelines for scoring projects.  You will judge display boards and interview students in grades 6 through 12 in various categories in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
Science fair participation is often the first experience that inspires students to take steps to becoming professional scientists.  Come see what interests the scientists of tomorrow!

Deadline to register as a judge is March 20th.
