I'm writing because we will have open teaching positions this fall. At Tubman, we believe that achievement is a function of effort, not ability; as a result, we take personal responsibility for student achievement. To help teachers to be as effective as possible, we have multiple opportunities each week for teacher-collaboration and we provide frequent opportunities for rigorous, practical professional development.
If you know experienced teachers who possess an unending belief in the potential of every child regardless of circumstance, who are committed to professional growth, and who enjoy collaborating with colleagues, please encourage them to check out our profile (http://profiles.dcps.dc.gov/tubman) and send their resumes to our principal,Amanda.Delabar@dc.gov.
Thank you!
