The purpose of this event is for youth and individuals starting out in their careers, or interested in a particular field, to be partnered with individuals who are more experienced in those particular careers to serve as a point of reference or mentors. The potential mentors will be discussing their various experiences and the proper ways to get a job, keep a job, or even venturing off on their own.
