KIPP DC is looking for an Associate Director of Finance at its Headquarters Office. The Associate Director of Finance (ADF) at KIPP DC will manage all daily accounting operations. The ADF is a hands-on position responsible for the accuracy and integrity of all financial transactions, and for maintaining strong internal controls. The ADF is a new role, based at KIPP DC's Headquarters and reporting to the Managing Director of Finance. The ADF will supervise the Senior Accounting Associate and will also work closely with KIPP DC's Accounting Manager, outside accounting firm, headquarters-based staff, and school-based Business Managers.
