*Latinos are the fastest growing population in the United States, yet remain drastically underrepresented in boardrooms across America – corporate, nonprofit, and foundations. This session will address the unique challenges faced by Latinos in breaking through the proverbial "glass ceiling", highlight best practices, and share recommendations on how to gain visibility as well as entry into the boardroom.
