[YEP-DC] "A Critical Choice for the Charter School Movement" -- new blog post at YEP-DC's Recess

"More than 5,600 charter schools in the United States serve more than two million students. Every one of these schools has a stated mission that serves as a creed to distinguish their approach. But in the last two decades, they've lost sight of the mission of the charter school movement, the one first envisioned by Albert Shanker in the 1980s."
