[dcab-l] NEBG: IBMA World of Bluegrass Preview

I've posted my preview of the IBMA World of Bluegrass coming up in
Raleigh, NC from Sept. 24 - 28, 2013. I've tried to make the event
accessible to those planning on attending. Since this is the first go
'round on a re-imagined event, it's a little difficult to project, but
I've provided links to the events, maps, and photos which should help in
negotiating the event. Comments are always welcome, and I'll make
additions and changes as parts of the event become more clear. - Ted
