About City Kids Wilderness Project:
City Kids was founded in 1996 and uses outdoor and enrichment activities as a platform to build self-confidence, improve academic performance and develop leadership skills. Youth enter the program as sixth graders and will be invited to continue through four years of school year and summer camp programming, and four or more years as a part of the high school and alumni program where they will gain access to summer internships, leadership and professional development training, and post-secondary educational and career support.
Position: Program Director, Middle School Programs
Primary Location: Washington, DC
Summer Travel/Location: Jackson, WY
The Program Director will be chiefly responsible for the planning and delivery of high-quality afterschool, summer camp, and school year experiential education & outdoor adventure programming for our middle school participants.
