Common Ground on the Hill Jam Classes  Winter/Spring Jam Classes Beginning NEXT Monday, Jan. 19! Nothing compares to the joy of playing with a group! Instructor Christopher James will help you develop the repertoire and skills to join in the jam.  Recommended for guitar, mandolin, banjo, ukulele, bass, harmonica players and singers. If you have questions about other instruments fitting in, please contact the instructor: chris@christopherjames.com   Join the Jam (Beginner) - Mondays, 6:15 PM Learn some blues, folk and international songs that are fun to play, learn how to lead a tune, and learn how to listen and find your place in a group   What Can You Add to the Jam? (Intermediate) - Mondays, 7:30 PM Find different rhythmic ways to add to a song, find new places to play chords with and without a capo, develop solos and fills, learn some blues, folk and international songs, learn to lead a tune better, learn about different ways to arrange a tune and improve your ability to listen and play with other musicians    8-week session begins Monday, Jan. 19   For complete schedule and registration details, click HERE.   Classes take place on the campus of McDaniel College in Westminster, MD.
