[YEP-DC] Professional Development Conference - June 27-28

Good afternoon all,

I hope this note finds you well. This summer, PLEN (the Public Leadership Education Network) is hosting two 2-day conferences targeted for women ages 18 - 24 who are looking to plan, implement, and hone their career goals in Washington, D.C. Please share with any women who might be interested.

Scholarships for students are available for both seminars. 

·       PLEN360° Summit: Leadership Skills for Career Success (June 27 & 28, 2014)

The PLEN360° Summit is a professional development series for current students, recent graduates, and young professional women in Washington, D.C. 

Participants will gain the skills and leadership training needed to begin their careers in D.C., as well as a better understanding of the types of careers available to them.

(PLEN Alumna: $75.00 | Students/Recent Graduates/Young Professionals: $100.00 | Conference fees include lunch and breakfast for both days)

·         Women in International Careers Institute (July 25 & 26, 2014)

The Women in International Careers Summit is for young women who want to explore what it takes to be successful in international policy. 

Participants will connect with leaders in the international sector while developing the skills necessary to be successful in an increasingly interconnected world.
