[YEP-DC] Job Posting: Strategic human capital roles in Prince George's County Public Schools

Prince George's County Public Schools (PGCPS) is currently seeking candidates for two strategic roles within the Human Resources team to deliver HR and talent management services to PGCPS schools and departments.  The HR team is at an exciting juncture as it redesigns the district's support to principals and hiring managers in the district to be more efficient, responsive and data-driven.  Descriptions for these two roles are attached. 

Senior Human Resources Partner

The Senior Human Resources Partner provides oversight and participates in the delivery of strategic, efficient and quality human resources and talent management services to assigned schools and/or departments.  The Senior Human Resource Partner is the customer service point of contact for principals and managers for talent management to include but not limited to screening, selection, on-boarding, transfers, placements, separations, performance management (individual and unit), data collection and reporting and other Human Resource functions and effectiveness measures for employees.  Accountable for the quality and effective staffing of Prince George's County schools and departments to include creating and maintaining process and content procedures, policies, tools, templates and standards.

Senior Data Quality Partner 

The Senior Data Quality Partner is responsible for the coordination, management and oversight of the Human Resources data quality and data management programs. This position is expected to collaborate with PGCPS departments (e.g. Information Technology, Budget, Grants, etc.) and other stakeholders to understand PGCPS business objectives.  The incumbent is responsible for providing functional expertise to the IT team for the purposes of implementing a robust data quality and data management program to meet organizational and customer needs. Primary responsibilities include direct oversight of the data quality team regularly analyze raw data to understand workforce patterns and trends and use these insights to recommend business solutions. The Senior Data Quality Partner will execute tasks, resolve operational issues and help plan the future direction of district-wide Human Resources technology applications.
