Administrative Coordinator

NAEYC is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support the work of NAEYC Accreditation of Programs for Young Children. The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the flow of visit materials from NAEYC assessors through to the point of decision.

Responsibilities include working with NAEYC assessors to resolve visit materials receipt, completing data and decision entry of received visit materials, and organizing scored visit materials. The Administrative Coordinator also provides support for teammates, including mail distribution, data entry of other documents, and records management.

1-2 years clerical/administrative experience, preferably in a non-profit setting, is required. Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills; critical thinking and problem-solving abilities; proficiency with Microsoft Office and database management systems; and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Associate's Degree or higher is preferred. Salary $35-37K with excellent benefits.
