[YEP-DC] Recruit@UM Conference

 

 

 

 

Are you a new recruiter in your organization who needs to learn more about recruiting at the University of Maryland (UM)? Have you been with us for a while but need a refresher on the various offerings available to employers? The University Career Center & The President's Promise invites you to a training conference entitled, RECRUIT@UM: Recruitment Strategies that Work. During this FREE event you will have the opportunity to learn more about the recruiting services at UM and how to increase your hiring of UM students and alumni. We are only able to host 75 organizations to attend so register soon.

• Time: 9:30am- 3:00pm (catered lunch buffet is included).
• Cost: FREE - limit 2 representatives per organization (representative names are needed at time of registration).

Where should you post your opportunities? Presenters will discuss various ways of recruiting on-campus and how to build a  strategy that will work for your organization.
• Diversity Recruiting: Effective Promotion of a Welcoming Environment
Learn from campus partners and employers about how to recruit students from diverse backgrounds and create an inclusive work environment.
