Registration Systems Manager
Two Rivers Public Charter School is looking for a dynamic, dedicated Registration Systems Manager to become part of our vibrant educational community.
Background
Two Rivers Public Charter School serves a diverse group of 496 students in preschool–eighth grade. Staff at Two Rivers create an exciting educational environment in which students and staff become a community of learners on a journey of discovery. Two Rivers uses Expeditionary Learning, an educational model that emphasizes interactive, hands-on, project-based learning. The school focuses on the whole child, recognizing the importance of character education and the social- emotional needs of children while helping them achieve academic excellence.
The Two Rivers staff share a strong belief that all children can learn and be high achievers. The curriculum at Two Rivers is rigorous, standards- based, and provides opportunities for students to excel in all areas. An integrated arts program and a content-based Spanish program augment the school's demanding academic program. These elements come together through learning expeditions that allow students to incorporate and apply their classroom learning through real-world experiences.

3. Schedule students in appropriate classes in conjunction with the school principals.
4. Secure, manage, and maintain student grade and attendance records and transcript data working in collaboration with academic leadership of the school.
5. Provide data support and information to teachers and administrators to be used for data-driven instructional practices and assessments.
6. Manage enrollment lottery process and waitlist.
7. Manage attendance reporting, including training school staff on attendance processes and policies.
8. Lead annual enrollment count process and reporting.
9. Collaborate with Operations and Marketing Teams to ensure that students and parents have submitted all required documentation to attend school.
10. Assist principals and assistant principals with required data reports (e.g., managing truancy reporting logistics, discipline reporting, health alerts).
11. Upload and maintain student assessment data for various interim and final assessments.
12. Provide support to teachers on use of Gradebook module.
