What can the union do to better serve you? How can YOU become a more engaged participant in this important voice of the teaching profession? What issues do you want to see the union take on to improve the teaching profession?
On Wednesday, January 30th, join Teach Plus, Nathan Saunders, WTU President, and other solutions-oriented teachers to discuss and share your ideas on how the union can engage more teachers in DC to better serve all teachers' needs for growth and development as classroom instructors and professionals.
This will be a large event with a small event feel. You will spend time in small discussion groups led by Teaching Policy Fellows. Groups will report back to Nathan on their discussion, and the Fellows will use your recommendations to create a memo to send to Nathan as a follow-up to the event.
