Your Opportunity at Education Elements

At Education Elements you will have the opportunity to determine how technology will finally realize its instructional potential in K-12 classrooms.  You will contribute to product and platform strategy and own all aspects of attracting, developing and sustaining a complete partner ecosystem comprised of leading educational content, tools and services companies.  You will report to the VP of Product Development & Platform Partnerships and have the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities 

·       Develop a deep understanding of the market for K-12 products and services with particular attention to what teachers and students need to inspire effective teaching and learning in the classroom

·       Build a program that attracts a broad array of partners and makes Education Elements the premier platform and services partner for blended learning solutions

·       Establish high-integrity relationships at all levels with partners of all sizes and capabilities

·       Collaborate with colleagues to create unique marketing opportunities for the Education Elements partner ecosystem

·       Drive cooperation to develop business in conjunction with key partners

·       Implement engagement protocols and best practices to ensure successful collaboration in every school

·       Lead analysis & drive execution of partner selection and engagement to realize our product roadmap

·       Structure contractual relationships across a variety of partners and types of relationships

·       Tailor programs and support infrastructure to the needs of each partner and their stakeholders


Qualifications

·       10+ years of developer relations experience with market-leading platforms

·       Success driving both product development and joint go-to-market collaborations

·       Demonstrable attention to detail and clear track record of delivery despite challenges

·       Fluency with business development dynamics within a complex enterprise or government sales cycle

·       Deep understanding of the impact of sales incentive models on the success of go-to-market partnerships

·       Natural ability to build relationships quickly and care for them over time

·       Outstanding presentation skills and ability to convey a complex value proposition to a diverse constituency

·       Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to fuel a collaborative environment

·       Ability to thrive in a dynamic, lean start-up environment

·       Education experience and/or advanced degree a plus 

Compensation

Salary based upon experience.  Comprehensive benefits package included.
