WHAT: An already renown picking party (this will be our 5th year)
will again preface the great Grey Fox Bluegrass Festival. At the
Foxhole you can pick with experts and grin with rookies. Relax on top
of a mountain with stunning views and let your cares dissipate into
the Catskill Mountain air. The Foxhole is a rented and insured venue
with clean and maintained portolets, water truck, dumpster, ice, t-
shirts and local veggies available. On Monday there is a veritable
seafood feast with the annual gumbo night and of course more picking
and grinning. Wednesday morning everyone heads down the hill to take
part in the perfection of professionalism displayed at an IBMA event
of the year.
WHERE: 1034 Allen Teator Road, Preston Hollow, NY near Durham, NY – a
short 5 minute country drive to either a restaurant, gas station and
convenience store and also the Grey Fox Bluegrass Festival.

• NYC: 2.5 to 3 Hours
• Syracuse, NY: 2.5 Hours
• Concord, NH: 4 Hours

Bluegrass Festival. Arrive anytime you'd like – There's plenty of
room ! We're not a festival – We're a picking party with plenty of
room for camping !
