Re: [dcab-l] Sad News

John was a gentle giant with bushels of talent.  He'll be missed by many, especially his infectious smile. He wasn't your average "lefty", that's for sure!
When you got one of his hugs, it was the real deal, Lucille.

Thoughts and Prayers to his family and friends,

This is terribly sad news, but thanks for letting us all know so we can absorb and reflect. John's energies, talents and loving nature sure made impressions on me. We had spoken about hitting a festival or 2 this season. Wow. The last time we spoke I had been listening to John's " alt. bluegrass/homebrew" Music from Fairview Studio and was moved to get in touch out the blue. I'll be listening again and again.
