OUR MISSION
Education Pioneers unleashes the potential of leaders and managers to transform education so that all students receive an outstanding education. Through selective Fellowships and ongoing Alumni and Partner Services, we strengthen the ranks of exceptional leaders, managers, and analysts in key education organizations, including school districts, charter school organizations, education agencies, nonprofits, and more to support strong teaching and learning results. By 2023, we will build a network of 10,000 diverse pioneers working in critical roles across the sector.
In every industry, effective leadership drives strong results, and education is no different. Among all school-based factors that determine what students learn in school, leadership is second only to classroom instruction. That means that if we focus only on great teaching, we're missing part of the equation on how we can get education right for every student in every classroom. Education Pioneers finds and supports exceptional leaders who can help turn the tide for millions of students.
