The Public Leadership Education Network’s (PLEN) Women, Law & Public Policy seminar explores how the law influences the policy arena on November 9-11, 2012. Students meet with women leaders who, with and without a law degree, work within the legal system to advance public policy.
On Saturday, November 10 from 12:30 to 1:45 pm, PLEN will hold a resume workshop for attendees, and we need volunteers who are willing to give advice to small groups of college women! We will meet at law firm downtown (details provided once volunteering has been confirmed).
This is a great opportunity to support women who are considering living and working in D.C., and to become a part of PLEN's vibrant and diverse network of speakers, alumnae, staff, and volunteers.
