Have you transferred schools within the same district or considered leaving your current school? Is your school a revolving door of teachers year after year? What policies could your school, the district, and other policymakers enact to help retain you and your colleagues?
As TNTP and The Education Trust work daily with policymakers and practitioners to ensure effective teachers for every classroom, they want to hear directly from you about how strong school cultures can be scaled up. Join us on Tuesday, October 30th, for a discussion on teacher retention with these two national organizations, and share your thoughts on how we can increase optimal school conditions to retain our top teachers in the classroom.
