Job opportunity at KIPP DC: HR Associate
We are expanding our Human Resources team to support our ten schools and Headquarters staff. We're looking for a driven and dedicated new team member to support our HR Manager in all areas of Human Resources.

- Role: Human Resources Associate
- Role Description: The Human Resource (HR) Associate will be responsible for assisting and supporting the Human Resources Department in a variety of manners. The Associate's main responsibilities will focus on payroll maintenance and submission, benefit enrollment, maintaining KIPP DC's Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and aiding in both the on and off-boarding of employees. This position will also serve as the daily contact for HR related questions and concerns for KIPP DC's staff. The HR Associate will work closely with our school leaders and headquarters staff and will report to the Human Resource Manager.
- Key Areas of Responsibility: Payroll, Benefits administration, Employee On-Boarding and Off-Boarding.
