RE: [dcab-l] Loudoun Bluegrass Festival

Thanks but of no help. I’m not competing so don’t know where that comment came from.

“Thanks. I can’t afford the admission price nor does there appear to be handicapped access.”

Most Bluegrass Festivals or Fiddler’s Conventions (Galax, Union Grove, etc.) refund 100% of the entire ticket price to those that compete, don’t know how the 33% (advance sale) or 25% ( gate sale) “rebate” was arrived at; as to access for the handicapped and/or disabled, there is an indication from the Loudoun County Fairgrounds site that handicapped parking spots are available, but there is no other mention of compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act ( http://www.ada.gov/), there may be more information available from the event producers.
