Role description:

• Primary responsibility is the organization and analysis of school budget data and report generation
• Other responsibilities:
• Provides technical support to principals during budget development season
• Manages the DCPS Interactive Data Center dashboards project, powered by Tableau, Inc. 
• Liaises with program offices to assist with school budget development proposals
• Compiles the annual school budget development guide
• Coordinates project logistics such as securing space for public meetings, scheduling recurring meetings, and reserving technology
• Manages other small projects as needed
• Important Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Data analysis, especially in Excel
• Composure in fast-paced, stressful environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized and project plan driven
• Strong desire to learn new skills 
• Flexible and innovative
