Accounting and Conference Specialist

Full Time

 

 

The Council of the Great City Schools, a coalition of 68 of the nation's largest urban public school systems, is seeking an Accounting and Conference Specialist.

 

Job Description:

The Accounting and Conference Specialist supports the Administrative and Conferences Department. Responsibilities include among other things, assisting with the design, development and installation of online registration materials for various meetings, handling all aspects of the pre and post registration process, assisting in the development of budget and logistics for small meetings and handling onsite registration and logistics of small meetings. Also provide staff support to the Administration operations as assigned.

 

Work prominently with Cvent, an online software for event management.

 

Report directly to the Director of Finance, Administration and Conferences.

 

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred

Detailed oriented and organized

Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) 

 

Start Date:

2-3 week training period starting in mid-October

 

Pay:

Commensurate with experience.
