Senior Consultant
Overall Responsibilities:
The Senior Consultant will manage complex projects and/or produce sophisticated deliverables; he or she will hire, train and supervise staff; work independently with minimal supervision; serve as an internal consultant to other projects or product lines; play a key role in proposals and sales presentations and present at conferences. The Senior Consultant is expected to play a lead role in developing and expanding PCG's presence in the Mid-Atlantic Region. They are often the primary point of contact with clients and are responsible for managing most deliverables and services. They are expected to manage the local office site as well as assist other established PCG locations in product and service delivery as appropriate.
PCG EducationTM is currently seeking a Client Services Representative - Education to join the team in the Washington, DC office. This position will focus efforts on the EasyTracTM and EdPlanTM modules for a rapidly growing client base. EasyTrac facilitates Internet and handheld documentation of health related services to students. This position requires a self-starter who can quickly learn our web-based technologies and provide assistance to our project team. The ideal candidate for this position will be flexible, reliable, enthusiastic, and must have the ability to manage multiple tasks or clients simultaneously.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Provide client support in response to inquiries and questions from school districts
- Develop an understanding of state and federal special education requirements
- Train school district users on web-based applications and system updates
- Assist project team with the implementation and setup of PCG systems
- Comply with and enforce standard policies and procedures
- Participate in special assignments as needed
