On August 24 (3:00 - 7:00) The Hylton Center for the Performing Arts at George Mason U in Manassas, VA, will be hosting a PUBLIC OPEN JAM and in-house performances in the Gregory Theater.
-- This is a FAMILY DAY to be enjoyed by all even if they are not pickers. The general public is invited to come out and enjoy listening to Bluegrass and Old Timey music produced by spontaneous jamming circles. Instrument "petting zoo" for the kids.
In the Gregory Theater will be appearing "Steve Potter and Friends", "Thoroughfare Gap", "The Dixie Rails" and "Vint Hill Special" at 3:00, 4:00, 5:00 and 6:00 respectively.
Admission is free.
