[dcab-l] August 24 - Hylton Performance Center Bluegrass and Old Timey Jam

There has been some confusion of my own making (a typo) regrading the date of the Hylton Center jam and performances.

The date is Sunday, August 24, 3:00 to 7:00.

Admission is free.

The first band, Steve Potter & Friends will be on stage at 3:00. Followed on the hour by Thoroughfare Gap, The Dixie Rails and Vint Hill Special.

Jamming will take place on the grounds and inside the Center (in case the climate is rough).

Bill Foster (yeah, THAT Bill Foster of WAMU Bluegrass) has placed the event on the DCBU calendar and no doubt will be mentioning the event on his radio show.  Listen in!!

So . . . mark the calendar, bring the family, picnic, listen, enjoy!!!
