Director, Maintenance and Facilities at Cesar Chavez Public Charter Schools for Public Policy
Primary Accountabilities:
Oversees the operations and maintenance of our network's property and facilities Ensures a clean, safe, environmentally healthy and structurally sound atmosphere for our scholars and staff
Manages all relevant vendor relationships
Maintains current licensure, inspection and other related and required records
Requisite Knowledge and Education:
Knowledge of federal and local requirements related to health, safety, and environmental issues such as OSHA, hazardous materials, radon, lead, noise pollution, asbestos, indoor air quality, recycling, and emergency disaster planning
Conversant on 'Right to Know'
Bachelor's degree or higher in specialization in construction or related field
Minimum 5+ years in similar capacity
