[YEP-DC] Now hiring: Associate of Operations and Strategic Partnerships at ed startup

Company: Quad Learning

Title: Associate of Operations and Strategic Partnerships @ American Honors

Location: Washington, DC

Start Date: Earliest availability

Quad Learning and American Honors overview

Quad Learning partners with community colleges to create a two-year American Honors Program that prepares students for transfer to top-200 universities for their bachelor's degree.  The American Honors program includes small seminar honors courses, best-in-class academic and transfer advising, and a community of like-minded peers.

Our vision is "Raising Aspirations, Transforming Lives."  We want to be the best value in higher education, providing students with a low-cost, high quality option for their first two years of college.  And we want to help solve the "under-matching" problem, which sees too many of our bright low-income and minority students attend less competitive colleges.  Early results from the pilot program support that we are on this path:

·         100% of second-year students are applying to four-year schools, 86% of which applied to top 200 schools.  Admissions and scholarships are starting to come in, and we are so thrilled for our students;

·         97% of students reporting that American Honors advising is either the "best advising they've ever received" or "better than other advising" they've had at previous schools.
