Leadership for Educational Equity (LEE-DC) is hiring a REGIONAL IMPACT MANAGER for the DC region

MANAGER, REGIONAL IMPACT (see attachment):
The Regional Impact Manager will be part of the DC regional team working to inspire and support the civic leadership of LEE members in the pipelines to policy leadership, elected leadership, organizing, and advocacy leadership. This role will involve meeting stakeholders and building relationships with LEE members as well as supporting the planning and execution of regional training opportunities and initiatives.

LEE is looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills with experience working or volunteering in electoral politics, policy, or advocacy/organizing. This person should have experience working in communities of color and in under-resourced communities and should have an understanding of how electoral politics, community organizing, and advocacy are connected in the creation of equitable public policy. A bachelor's degree is required with at least two years of work experience. Additionally, this person will need access to reliable transportation in order to meet with members and attend events in Northern Virginia, D.C., and Maryland.
