Technical Assistance Analysts/Coordinators

Job Description: Manhattan Strategy (http://manhattanstrategy.com/), a management consulting firm based in Bethesda, MD, is seeking Education Analysts, Senior Education Analysts, and Project Managers/Directors to join its federal consulting practice. Candidates will join a dynamic team of consultants working together to deliver best-in-class solutions to our current federal sector clients, while expanding our portfolio of clients and projects.  The ideal candidate is an experienced educator and professional well versed in career and technical education (CTE), adult education, workforce development and/or working with community college and community college systems.

 

Project Director/Manager Responsibilities and Qualifications:

 Minimum of five to seven years of relevant experience

 Demonstrated success in leading multi-year projects with a strong understanding of CTE secondary and postsecondary education, career pathways systems, the public workforce system, and workforce development

 

Senior Analyst Responsibilities and Qualifications:

·       Minimum of five years of relevant experience

·       Strong understanding of various aspects of CTE career pathways and state leader professional development , including coaching, peer-to-peer leader exchanges, and developing tools and resources

·       Strong verbal, writing, and analytical skills

 

Analyst Responsibilities and Qualifications:

·       Minimum of four years of relevant experience

·       Experience working in career and technical education, adult education, or the workforce system

·       Demonstrated oral, writing, and analytical skills
