[YEP-DC] Event: Help send DC students to summer camp next Thursday 4/30!

Dear YEP DC,

 

Please join us next Thursday April 30th

 at The Coupe (3415 11th street NW) in Columbia Heights, for a happy hour starting at 6pm, benefitting local nonprofit Just Imagine.  For a $10 donation to Just Imagine, you will have access to happy hour appetizer and drink specials from 6-10pm.

Just Imagine sends DC students to sleep away summer camp to expand their world view and provide them a life changing experience outside of the District.  The organization is planning to send 45 students to camp this summer (up from 22 last year!) and therefore, needs to fundraise to provide transportation to and from camp, purchase camp supplies, offset canteen costs, and cover and remaining portion of tuition that was not subsidized by scholarships.
