[YEP-DC] New YEP-DC Blog Post: We Need to End Special Education

"The entire premise behind special education hinges on the idea that some students require a specialized education different from the typical student," writes Matt Richmond in his latest post on YEP-DC's Recess. "The problem with that theory does not reside with individualization; the problem is with the assumption that 'normal kids' are typical and don't require individual attention and support." So what, then, should our education system do instead? Read more in Matt's post, "We Need to End Special Education," here: http://www.youngedprofessionals.org/yep-dc-recess-blog/we-need-to-end-special-education
