[dcab-l] Love Song: Hearts Overflowing

Music Lovers:

 

 

I heard this song initially from Jonathan Edwards on his CD  “Rockin Chair”.  The

writer is Michael Brewer (Brewer & Shipley); it originally appeared on his CD

“Beauty Lies”.  Hearts Overflowing was also recorded by the Dillards, and Rice,

Rice, Hillman, & Pederson; on that CD, Fred Travers, from the Seldom Scene,

added a gorgeous dobro.  As another Seldom Scene connection, Phil Rosenthal

also recorded this song during his tenue with the Scene.

 

I released this live version on an “All Mixed Up”  CD called “Favorites”.  Musicians:
